I had a really great experience working with the LCM team on a remodel for my rental. They took an old 1920s kitchen, bumped out the wall and added a bathroom. The kitchen is so much nicer than the old one, well designed and the new bathroom off the master looks great with the tiling. They made it super easy for me since I don't live there and I don't have a lot of time to dedicate. I'm amazed by how smoothly the process went and I loved working with them. Climbing up into our attic I noticed that a 2x8 holding up the attic floor had cracked and was sagging. I called Homeowner’s Club and they sent us the LCM team. They were able to respond quickly with a plan and an estimate. They scheduled the job and completed the work quickly and professionally. Thanks to a great group of people we have a stable attic above the garage again. Plus they were able to save some money by reusing the ceiling tiles. After almost a year looking for and trying out contractors, we finally got referred to LCM and the difference in experience was huge. They helped us to understand the design process and made all our crazy ideas work. Marius contacted me almost every day during construction to let me know how things were going and what to expect. Joe, who worked on site, always made us feel like he wanted to be there and wanted to do quality work. We had two or three issues at the end. At least one was our fault. LCM fixed all of them without charging us anything. And they did it without compromising our design. LCM wasn't the cheapest bid we got, but they also weren't the most expensive. But I easily feel like we got the best work available: custom cabinets, lots of personal attention, lots of detail work, willing to change things in process without huge budget or timeline changes.
